Thank you for your interest in purchasing an ad for the Annual IASI Yearbook. Below are the guidelines for ad submissions. Please read them carefully before submitting them. You can always contact the IASI Office for any assistance or additional questions.

Guidelines For Ad Submissions

General Requirements

Ads must be submitted through IASI's online submission form. Keep an eye out for more information about our next Yearbook, coming soon.

Copy Requirements

All ads must be submitted in the correct finished dimensions and be ready for publication. All ads must be grayscale (black & white) or CMYK (for color) and saved as a high resolution/press-ready pdf, with the artwork flattened. It is imperative that the file and all elements be at 300 dpi or higher and the correct dimensions. No bleeds.

Submission Guidelines

Preferred submission format is .pdf, print-optimized. Other applicable file types: .eps, .ai, or .jpg (300 dpi), or .tif (300 dpi) may be submitted at 100% resolution. For .eps files, please outline all fonts. Sizes indicated in pricing are in inches and show the maximum printed area of the advertisement. Please include 0.75” gutter for inside cover ads.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds will be sent for written cancellations emailed on or before July 10, 2021. There will be no refunds if cancellations are made after July 10, 2021. Please note, your ad(s) are not guaranteed to appear in the IASI yearbook until paid in full. Ad(s) copy needs to be sent into the IASI Office via email no later than July 10, 2021.
