Course Description: We are very excited to announce Ron Murray Pelvis class here in Dallas Texas. This exploration is based on Ron’s extensive expertise in American and European Osteopathic Concepts, Embryology, Anatomy, Structural Integration, the Berry Method and more. This class is a detailed journey into the biomechanics of the Pelvis, both inter- and intra-osseously, and how these relate to soft tissue structures in the walking cycle.The concept of Lemniscate, and how it relates to normal mechanics and treatment principlesA detailed look at all five portions of both the long arm and short arm of sacro-ilial and ilio-sacral joint, and how to hydrate these Intra-osseous restrictions via embryologic, traumatic and stress lines of forceHip joint health and ligament/capsule hydrationWhy treatment of the pelvic floor is crucial to normal walking mechanics and cranio-sacral breathingThe coccyx’s relation to head and neck problems, and why your “tail” should wag when you walk!While Ron focuses on a deeper understanding of the details of anatomy, and how principles of treatment can be used across the whole body, you will learn techniques that go along with all of these concepts. As you practice the techniques in your office, you will come to understand the principles at a deeper level, and will begin to understand the osteopathic paradigm of assessment and treatment of a human being.Ron’s classes fill up fast. So, to confirm your attendance, we will need a deposit of $450. The total 4 day 8hr a day class is only $900. This can be paid to Ron Murray. He is a former Professor at the College d’Etudes Osteopathiques and Canadian College of Osteopathy and taught for 13 years in Canada. His courses are highly sought after internationally for his coherent presentation of osteopathic theory and practice for Structural Integrators and other Manual Therapists. Ron became an Osteopath in Canada in 2003. He has been a massage therapist since 1985, a Rolfer since 1988, and a Licensed Berry Method Instructor since 1989. Ron’s special interests are functional applications of embryology to the therapeutic arts and spending time in nature.“We use the study of embryology to understand the migration of tissues that we call adult anatomy.”
